So I haven't posted in awhile. So I thought I'd post a recipe that my friend tried recently. I have also tried it a few times since then as well.
Start with a fresh head of lettuce, spinach, some cooked and shredded chicken breasts (I used two), an onion, a tomato, and an avocado.
Cut up the head of lettuce, shred the chicken, and cut the onion, tomato, and avocado into pieces that suit your taste.
Add all of it into a big bowl and mix.
You can heat the chicken or eat it cold, depending on how you like chicken.
Add some italian dressing and enjoy!
I really enjoy it and there are so many variations that you can change. :)
I apologize that there are no picture to accompany this delicious recipe.
Thanks to B.R. for the recipe.
And just a bit of encouragement to end the post... There will be times that Satan will try to pull you down in every way. This week he has been attacking me in many ways. You just have to pull closer to God and keep going through everything. Don't let him ruin your day or your mood. Set your mind fully against it and him. Head to God's Word when you feel down or hopeless. It will help you to keep your mood up and focus on what really matters.
