This past Saturday my mom and I took a trip down part of the Cherhola Parkway. To get there, we had to drive through Tellico, a town hit during the tornadoes the previous Friday. To see all of that damage was heartbreaking. For the first time, I saw that kind of damage first hand. I saw houses and garages shifted off their foundations. I saw an entire KOA campground full of cabins leveled. Trees were uprooted. Roofs had huge holes in them. The damage was devastating, but to God be the glory that no one was killed in these major storms.
The power of Mother Nature is strong, but the power of God Almighty is even stronger.
Back to the trip to the Cherhola Parkway, here are some pictures of God's beauty.
Sorry the above one is sideways. I don't know how to change that.
This one is my attempt at a mirror picture...
Thanks for reading.
In God, Emily
